Both of our practices are open delivering the quality healthcare that you have come to expect from Coastal Health Medical Centre. All of our Doctors are available to see existing patients and are happy to have new patients join our practice.
If you need a script or a referral, or if you’re feeling unwell – your Doctor can discuss this over the phone with you and determine an appropriate course of action.
Whilst restrictions are in place across NSW we are limiting the number of patients who can enter our practice. Your safety and the safety of our staff is our priority.
By limiting patients and increasing our already strict cleaning regime, patients can have peace of mind that we are doing all we can to keep you safe when coming into a Coastal Health Medical practice.
Tips on Telehealth phone calls
- If you have a mobile phone – please make sure you have your phone on and with you on the morning of your phone call
- If you have a landline – please make sure you are home on the day of the phone call
- Protect your privacy. The GP will ask you personal information to ensure they are speaking to the correct person, so try to make sure no-one else can overhear your conversation – don’t be in the supermarket or at the shops or on speaker.
